Annual Golf Tournament

Businesses leverage Golf Tournament for networking opportunities and to foster relationships with clients and partners in a more relaxed and informal setting. This fundraising sports event also supports the Asian Business Center’s financial assistance and business education initiatives.
Annual Impact Awards Gala

Honoring AAPI business leaders in the community and recognizing corporations that consistently support Asian businesses by providing an environment for AAPI entrepreneurs to flourish.
Collaborative Learning

Learn from Asian American business owners as they share their entrepreneurial journey including the challenges and successes learned throughout the years. The goal is for them to share advice with other business owners.
Summer Seminar Series

​Designed as a formal business development program for ABA members and the greater community consisting of training, coaching, and mentoring. It will help build stronger collaboration with individuals and businesses that will strengthen and accelerate the growth for our local businesses.
Diverse Asian Americans

Hear directly from the diverse AAPI business owners who will share their entrepreneurial journey and what made them successful in America. The goal is for them to share advice with business owners.
Educational Luncheon

This supports Asian and minority owned businesses in the LA area on how to strengthen partnership and do business with corporations through supplier diversity initiatives. Businesses will leave with an understanding of service types, certification, and qualification needed to be a tier 1 contractor.
Members Mixer

​With over 1,400 members, ABA aims to host multiple mixers throughout the year to enable business owners to connect with each other, as well as give an opportunity for new members to introduce their business to the association. Mixers give entrepreneurs an opportunity to meet potential clients or suppliers, and to provide a nice relatable platform for trusting friendships.
Small Business Exchange

Create opportunities for minority and diverse businesses to build and strengthen relationships with corporate representatives with the goal of obtaining future contracts with them. This event will be programmed to have corporate, public agency, and supplier diversity representatives to have timed and prescheduled meetings with Asian owned businesses.
Membership Appreciation

Celebrate a year of accomplishments and thank the Members, Board of Directors, and Advisory Council for being a part of ABA. This involves the installation of a new Board of Directors and the opportunity to thank those who served and contributed to the association.
