Vincent Wu serves as Vice President of AFC Trading & Wholesale, Inc (AFC) which is a food production, wholesale, and distribution company serving Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Fernando Valley, Inland Empire). 

AFC was founded in 1975 with a mission to fulfill a growing demand for Asian food in Southern California. Today, AFC is one of the largest manufacturers of soy products in the United States and offers a diverse product line that includes hundreds of items that can be found in retail supermarkets and restaurants nationwide.  

Prior to joining the company, Vincent began his career at Ernst & Young as an assurance professional. Rather than perform typical audit tasks, Vincent was given the opportunity to advise on the client’s financial and accounting departments, structure, systems and processes. After multiple years, Vincent found a niche in leveraging his financial skills coupled with business organization methods and began consulting clients on Mergers & Acquisitions, specifically business integrations. He practiced in both the Los Angeles and Chicago markets as a Manager. 

Vincent graduated from USC’s Leventhal School of Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. 

Vincent resides in Los Angeles and enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, surfing, and traveling.
