Ms. Tsau is owner of Professional Assessment for Gainful Employment, Inc., which provides vocational assessment and employment testing services to varying populations including those who are: entering/re-entering the work force; becoming independent of public assistance; seeking to change career paths; displaced by downsizing/closure; or injured and unable to engage in their present positions.

Prior to forming her own company in January, 1996, Ms. Tsau was employed for twelve years with WECO, also a vocational assessment company, and was the first to open a branch office for the company. Within three years she tripled billing volume and oversaw expansion into larger facilities to accommodate growth. Profitability, growth, and increased case load volume allowed for the company to expand and open two additional offices.

Ms. Tsau has held Executive Board positions in prominent professional organizations in her field and has been invited as guest lecturer/speaker for various private and public programs including the graduate program at California State University, Los Angeles and L.A. County Office of Education.

In addition to involvement in her professional field, Ms. Tsau has been actively involved in various volunteer organizations providing services to the ill and/or disadvantaged.
